Shipping Policy

shealthbee.com partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who in turn work with local courier companies – this allows us to deliver directly to your home, and we are proud to offer flat-rate shipping.

Our delivery takes 10-20 days; a tracking number is provided within 24 hours of ordering, and the delivery date for your order is determined by the shipping company and the government.

You will need to pay once your order and all payments have been verified and approved before shipment, and this process may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

Delivery Process

We begin processing your order immediately, so no changes (including address changes) can be made after the order is placed. We only ship to the address you entered when placing your order. You only pay for the items shipped, plus applicable shipping and tax rates.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email after your order has been shipped.

We only ship on weekdays; we do not ship on Saturdays or public holidays.

On average, it takes us 10-20 days to deliver your order. Some items may take longer, especially during holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order contains popular items with stock shortages. Once the item's stock is confirmed, the order will be shipped immediately.

For multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to the different locations of our product partners.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 days, depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates cannot be stated or guaranteed.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Other Charges:

International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, and/or customs charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. shealthbee.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their potential levels. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all applicable import duties and return shipping costs.

Customs regulations vary significantly from country to country. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

shealthbee.com is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping company and/or file a claim.

Note: When assessing damage or return claims, we use timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation information. Without these reports, we may not be able to confirm your claim.

Disclaimer Regarding Incorrect Addresses: Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct before placing an order. We will begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot change it once it's placed. If the order has already been processed by our delivery department, we will not be able to pick it up to change the address.
